Tesla's Shanghai Gigafactory will be equipped with its own Megapack energy storage system

Tesla's Shanghai Super Factory plans to complete the construction of a distributed photovoltaic power generation and energy storage system project by the end of this year. The project will be equipped with a photovoltaic system of approximately 6MW and an energy storage system of 8MWh, all of which will use the domestically produced new generation Tesla ultra-large commercial electrochemical energy storage system Megapack produced by Tesla's energy storage super factory.
