BYD welcomes new challenger in German market

BYD has hired former Stellantis executive Lars Bialkowski to lead its German operations, a market that is critical to the automaker's growth ambitions in Europe. The appointment continues BYD's string of high-level hires over the past year, including former Stellantis executive Maria Grazia Davino, who is now senior vice president and regional managing director for BYD Europe.
