Dong'an Power announces change of indirect controlling shareholder

Dong'an Power announced on June 5 that its indirect controlling shareholder will be changed to a central enterprise separated from the automobile business of China North Industries Group Corporation. The change is in accordance with the separation plan of China North Industries Group Corporation approved by the State Council, which will separate the automobile business into an independent central enterprise, with the State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission of the State Council performing the duties of the investor.
