Recently, Suzhou XingYue Photonics Technology Co., Ltd. was formally established with a registered capital of approximately RMB 104 million. Its business scope includes integrated circuit chip design and manufacturing, as well as electronic component manufacturing. The company is jointly held by Everbright Huaxin and Hengtong Optics.
