SMIC sells its shares in SMIC Ningbo to Goke Microelectronics

SMIC announced that its subsidiary SMIC Holdings has signed an agreement with Goke Microelectronics to transfer its 14.832% stake in SMIC Ningbo to Goke Microelectronics. After the transaction is completed, SMIC Holdings will no longer hold shares in SMIC Ningbo, while Goke Microelectronics' shareholding ratio will increase to 94.366%.
