Qualcomm successfully acquires Israeli chip design company Autotalks

Qualcomm unexpectedly completed the acquisition of Israeli chip design company Autotalks. Nakul Duggal, general manager of the Automotive, Industrial and Embedded IoT Group at Qualcomm Technologies, said: "We have been investing in V2X technology since 2017, recognizing its potential to improve road safety. This acquisition is a strategic step in our ongoing efforts to further advance V2X solutions for connected and autonomous vehicles, drive global deployment, and enhance our Snapdragon digital chassis portfolio."
