Geely Auto joins the intelligent driving competition and establishes a joint venture

Geely Auto announced the establishment of a joint venture company focusing on intelligent driving technology, named Chongqing Qianli Intelligent Driving Co., Ltd. The company's equity structure includes Geely Auto, Chongqing Mai Chi, Qianli Partnership, Lotus Robotics and Employee Incentive Platform, each holding 30%, 30%, 30%, 5% and 5% of the shares. Geely's goal is to build an intelligent driving system that can rival Huawei.
