Motherson Group of India is interested in acquiring Magneti Marelli

Magneti Marelli is facing a takeover offer from India's Motherson Group. Motherson Group is India's largest auto parts supplier, with a customer network covering many international automakers. If it can acquire Magneti Marelli, the combination of the two companies will form a new auto parts giant with an annual revenue of more than US$30 billion.
