The executing court is the Zhuhai Intermediate People's Court of Guangdong Province. Gree Titanium New Energy is a comprehensive new energy industry group headquartered in Zhuhai with multiple industrial parks. Gree Electric holds 30.4710% of Gree Titanium New Energy's shares and is the largest shareholder.
