FAW-Volkswagen recalls some Sagitar vehicles

FAW-Volkswagen Automotive Co., Ltd. recently announced that it will recall some Sagitar vehicles produced between September 1, 2018 and August 19, 2019, totaling 202,662 vehicles, starting from July 15, 2025. The recall is due to the insufficient moisture-proof performance of the wheel speed sensor housing material, which may cause water or moisture to invade the internal chip, affecting the functions of the anti-lock braking system (ABS) and the electronic body stability system (ESP), posing a safety hazard.
