TP-Link WiFi chip department suddenly laid off employees

TP-Link's WiFi chip department laid off employees in Zhangjiang, Shanghai, in just half a day. The company offered a compensation plan of N+3, which is higher than the legal standard of N+1. The layoffs were mainly aimed at abandoning the R&D line of WiFi front-end modules (FEM), rather than completely withdrawing from the WiFi chip field.
