my country has implemented 3,149 vehicle recalls

As of the end of May this year, my country has implemented 3,149 automobile recalls involving 120 million vehicles. The State Administration for Market Regulation said this has made a positive contribution to eliminating product safety hazards and protecting the lives and property of the people.
