NIO adjusts free battery swap policy to address abuse

NIO recently adjusted its free battery swap policy to address the problem of some users abusing their rights. From 2020, the number of free battery swaps will be limited to 6 per month, and further reduced to 4 in 2023, with a monthly maximum of 15 kWh of external discharge. In addition, NIO has also launched a limited number of battery swap coupons as an additional benefit when purchasing a car. This series of measures is aimed at ensuring that the free battery swap service can truly benefit the majority of users, rather than being abused by a few people.
