Infineon plans to deliver CoolGaN samples

Infineon is expanding its electric two-wheeler business and is developing the next generation of products, CoolGaN. Infineon said that GaN devices are expected to take 3 to 5 years to be commercialized in the two-wheeled electric vehicle market, but plans to start delivering CoolGaN samples in the third quarter of 2025.
