Caocao Travel is about to be listed on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange and raise HK$1.853 billion

On June 17, Cao Cao Travel announced that it plans to be listed on the main board of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange on June 25. The global offering will be 44.1786 million shares, with an offering price of HK$41.94 per share, and it is expected to raise HK$1.853 billion.
