Zhixin Semiconductor launches 1700V silicon carbide MOSFET module

Zhixin Semiconductor recently announced that its first batch of 1700V silicon carbide MOSFET modules have officially rolled off the production line, marking a major breakthrough in the company's high-voltage power semiconductor field. This product will fully empower new energy vehicles, electric commercial vehicles and supercharging infrastructure, help the industry to rapidly evolve to high-voltage architectures above 1000V, break through the performance bottleneck of traditional silicon-based (IGBT), and achieve high efficiency, lightweight and long battery life for electric drive systems.
