Ouye Semiconductor Completes RMB 100 Million B3 Round of Financing

Ouyeel Semiconductor, the first domestic SoC chip and solution provider focusing on the third-generation E/E architecture of smart cars, announced on June 18, 2025 that it has completed RMB 100 million in B3 round of financing. This round of financing was strategically led by Sunny Optical Technology's Sunny Optical Industry Fund, and jointly participated by Hefei High-tech Investment and old shareholder Taiji Huaqing Peicheng. This is another round of financing announced by Ouyeel Semiconductor this year after the B2 round, which will further consolidate its leading position in the field of third-generation E/E architecture SoC chips and solutions for smart cars.
