NXP Completes Acquisition of TTTechAuto

On June 18, NXP Semiconductors announced that it had officially completed the acquisition of TTTechAuto, in accordance with the previously announced agreement that would take effect in January 2025. It is reported that TTTechAuto is a company that focuses on developing unique safety-critical systems and middleware for software-defined vehicles (SDVs). After the acquisition is completed, TTTechAuto's services will remain neutral and continue to operate in an open industry ecosystem, supporting a variety of system-level chip manufacturers, vehicle manufacturers, and third-party software partners.
