Xiaomi subsidiary wins Beijing land bid for smart connected car project

A subsidiary of Xiaomi won a bid of RMB 635 million for a piece of land in Beijing, which is planned to be used for a smart connected car and parts project. The land area is 485,134 square meters, with a lease term of 50 years, and is close to the second phase of Xiaomi's electric car factory project.
