On June 23, Shanghai Zaofu Intelligent Technology Co., Ltd. was registered in Shanghai with a registered capital of RMB 1.288 billion, focusing on the research and development, safety application and commercialization of L4 autonomous driving technology. The company is jointly held by Ant Group, Hello and CATL, with the three parties investing more than RMB 3 billion in the first phase. Ant Group provides AI technical support, CATL contributes intelligent skateboard chassis technology and power battery integration capabilities, and Hello is responsible for the implementation of travel scenarios and commercial operations.
