Renesas Electronics and Wolfspeed Reach Restructuring Support Agreement

In response to this situation, Renesas Electronics has been in discussions with Wolfspeed and today reached a restructuring support agreement with Wolfspeed and its major creditors, pursuant to which Renesas Electronics agreed to convert the USD 2.062 billion deposit into convertible notes, common stock and warrants issued by Wolfspeed.
