Star Semiconductor Establishes Global Manufacturing Headquarters in Jiaxing

Star Semiconductor, a leading power semiconductor company, has signed an agreement to establish its global manufacturing headquarters in Nanhu District, Jiaxing City. The headquarters will focus on the research and development and manufacturing of automotive-grade power chips/modules. Star Semiconductor has already landed multiple projects in Nanhu District, including a 6-inch automotive-grade SiC MOSFET chip project and a high-voltage specialty process power chip project. It is expected that by 2024, Star Semiconductor will provide power modules for more than 3 million electric vehicles.
