Changan Automobile announced that its controlling shareholder, China Changan Automobile Group Co., Ltd., has changed its name to Chenzhi Automobile Technology Group Co., Ltd., and has completed the industrial and commercial registration procedures. This change does not involve changes in the number and proportion of shareholders' shares.
