EasyControl Intelligent Driving Completes D Round of Financing of Over RMB 400 Million

Easy Control Intelligent Driving Technology Co., Ltd. announced the completion of a round D financing of over RMB 400 million, led by CATL through its only industrial investment platform Puquan Capital and its own funds, and jointly invested by strategic industrial parties and investment institutions such as Fanguang Capital, Star Fund under Falcon Investment, Zhongji Holdings, Tongli Shares, and Huace Navigation. Since its establishment in 2018, Easy Control Intelligent Driving has built an intelligent solution covering the entire scene of mine transportation with the core of unmanned driving technology integrating "vehicle-energy-road-cloud". So far, Easy Control Intelligent Driving has deployed a fleet of about 1,500 unmanned mining trucks.
