Guangzhou releases three-year action plan for intelligent connected new energy vehicles

The General Office of the Guangzhou Municipal People's Government recently issued the "Three-Year Action Plan for Promoting the Development of the Intelligent Connected New Energy Vehicle Industry in Guangzhou". The plan aims to promote the transformation and upgrading of the automobile industry, with the goal of achieving significant growth in the scale of intelligent connected new energy vehicles by 2027. The plan proposes to cultivate 2-3 companies with an annual output of more than 500,000 new energy vehicles, with a vehicle and parts output value ratio of 1:0.6, enhance the brand influence of vehicles and key parts, and maintain a leading position in core technology innovation capabilities nationwide.
