Seres Group completes 5 billion yuan capital increase

SERES Group announced that its holding subsidiary SERES Automotive has completed a strategic capital increase of 5 billion yuan, attracting joint investment from financial institutions such as ICBC Investment, Bocom Investment, and ABC Investment, as well as industrial capital such as China Mobile Digital Fund and Baowu Green Carbon.
