SAIC Motors and CATL jointly establish a new company

On June 25, SAIC Motor and CATL announced the establishment of SAIC Powertrain (Shanghai) Co., Ltd. with a registered capital of RMB 50 million and Wang Wei as the legal representative. The company will focus on battery sales, auto parts wholesale and technical services.
