Mazda Iconic SP concept to be spiritual successor to RX-7

Mazda Chief Technology Officer Ryuichi Umeshita revealed that the Iconic SP concept car equipped with a rotary engine will become the spiritual successor of the RX-7. The Iconic SP concept car's hybrid system has a combined output power of 365 horsepower and uses a twin-rotor engine as a range extender.
