Meta Enters ASIC Market

Meta is reportedly entering the ASIC (Application Specific Integrated Circuit) race in full force, with its proprietary ASIC server project MTIA expected to achieve a major breakthrough in 2026, which could challenge Nvidia's long-standing market dominance. Meta plans to launch millions of high-performance AI ASIC chips between the end of 2025 and 2026.
