Nezha Auto and its affiliated companies sued by major shareholders

Nezha Auto and its seven related companies were sued by its major shareholder, Nanning Industrial Investment Automotive Industry Group Co., Ltd., involving a sales contract dispute. Nanning Industrial Investment Auto is one of the major shareholders of Nezha Auto's parent company, Hozon New Energy. This lawsuit not only involves huge debts, but also the whereabouts of some companies are unknown.
