Beijing Xingdebao, BMW's first 5S store in the world, closed down due to a broken capital chain and was taken over by BYD's core dealer group "Northern Huapeng" for more than 10 million yuan, planning to operate the Denza and Fangchengbao brands. This move saved about 20 million yuan in hardware costs.
