Die Nanning Industrial Investment Automobile Industry Group Co., Ltd. verklagte acht mit Nezha Automobile verbundene Unternehmen, darunter auch Hozon New Energy Automobile Co., Ltd., aufgrund eines Streits um einen Kaufvertrag. Nanning Industrial Investment Automobile hält derzeit noch eine gesicherte Forderung von 3,44 Milliarden Yuan gegenüber Nezha Automobile.
