Nanning Industrial Investment Automobile Industry Group Co., Ltd. stämde åtta Nezha Automobile-relaterade företag, inklusive Hozon New Energy Automobile Co., Ltd., på grund av en tvist om försäljningsavtalet. Nanning Industrial Investment Automobile har för närvarande fortfarande en säkerställd skuld på 3,44 miljarder yuan från Nezha Automobile.
