China's auto exports continue to rise

Since 2021, China's automobile exports have shown a significant growth trend. In 2021, the export volume exceeded 2 million vehicles, and increased to 3 million vehicles in 2022, surpassing Germany to become the world's second largest automobile exporter. In 2023, the export volume reached 4.91 million vehicles, surpassing Japan for the first time and becoming the world's largest automobile exporter. In 2024, this figure further increased to 5.86 million vehicles, and China maintained its position as the world's largest automobile exporter for two consecutive years.
