The car market heats up in June

According to the preliminary estimates of the China Passenger Car Association, in June 2025, the total retail market size of China's narrow passenger cars will be about 2 million vehicles, a year-on-year increase of 13.4% and a month-on-month increase of 3.2%. Among them, the retail sales of new energy vehicles are expected to reach 1.1 million vehicles, and the penetration rate will rise to about 55.0%. This is mainly due to the rising popularity of the auto market in June and the market growth brought by the policy cycle.
