BYD Brazil factory officially put into production

On July 2, 2025, BYD announced that its factory in Camacari, Ia State, Brazil, was officially put into production. This factory, with an investment of 5.5 billion reais, has an annual production capacity of 150,000 vehicles, setting a record for the construction speed of Brazil's automotive industry.
