Xinwangda plans to list on H shares

Sunwoda announced that it is planning to issue H shares and list on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange to promote its globalization strategy and enhance its international brand image. Sunwoda is mainly engaged in the research and development and manufacturing of lithium-ion batteries, including lithium-ion battery cells and modules. In recent years, the company has raised about 5 billion yuan, mainly for the expansion of consumer lithium battery projects.
