Starry Sky Project (Shanghai) Automotive Technology Co., Ltd. was established in January 2025 and is headquartered in Lingang, Shanghai. The company was founded by Yu Hao, the founder of Dreame Technology, and plans to build a factory in the first quarter of 2026. The first model of Starry Sky Project is positioned as a high-end new energy SUV, with priority given to overseas markets.
