Ideal Auto adopts the "self-research + cooperation" model to ensure the supply of silicon carbide devices

In order to ensure a stable supply of silicon carbide devices, Ideal Auto has adopted a dual-track parallel model of "self-research + cooperation". On the one hand, Ideal Auto and Hunan Sanan Semiconductor established Suzhou Sike Semiconductor, with a planned annual production capacity of 2.4 million silicon carbide half-bridge power modules; on the other hand, Ideal Auto signed a long-term supply agreement with STMicroelectronics and renewed the ON Semiconductor EliteSiC 1200V bare chip agreement.
