Changxin Storage submits IPO application

Changxin Technology Group Co., Ltd. (Changxin Memory), a leading DRAM memory chip manufacturer in China, has submitted a filing report for its initial public offering and listing guidance to the China Securities Regulatory Commission. Founded in 2016, the company focuses on the research and development, design, production and sales of DRAM products, with a registered capital of 60.193 billion yuan and an estimated valuation of approximately 140 billion yuan. Headquartered in Hefei, Anhui, Changxin Memory has successfully launched a number of commercial DRAM products, which are widely used in mobile terminals, computers, servers and other fields.
