Review of the cooperation between NIO and JAC

The cooperation between NIO and JAC began in April 2016, when the two parties signed a strategic cooperation framework agreement, with an estimated overall cooperation scale of about 10 billion yuan. In October of the same year, the JAC NIO Advanced Manufacturing Base began construction, and it took only one year and three months to be completed and put into production, with deliveries exceeding 10,000 units that year. In March 2021, JAC Advanced Manufacturing Technology (Anhui) Co., Ltd. was established as a joint venture.
