Sichuan Yema Automobile Co., Ltd. recently changed its business registration. Wang Dejin no longer serves as the legal representative, director and manager, and is replaced by Li Shiwei. Yema Automobile was established in 2011 with a registered capital of RMB 2.6 billion and is mainly engaged in automobile manufacturing.
