Samsung Taylor plant construction progress is nearly complete, but equipment installation is still pending

Samsung's Taylor plant is reportedly 99.6% complete, which is basically equivalent to completion. However, Samsung is still hesitating whether to purchase equipment in the next quarter. If Samsung decides to introduce equipment, it may face high tariffs as Trump has proposed to impose tariffs of up to 25% on imported semiconductors.
