Australian Automobile Market Sales Analysis Report in June 2025

In June 2025, the Australian auto market sales reached 127,437 units, a year-on-year increase of 6.2%, setting a new record for the same period in seven years. Among them, SUVs and light commercial vehicles performed strongly, and the sales of pure electric vehicles increased by 37.6% year-on-year, and the market share increased to 10.3%. The sales share of Chinese brands in Australia rose to 23%, and BYD ranked fifth in the brand list with sales of 8,156 units, breaking the historical record of Chinese brands in the Australian market.
