Tesla loses lawsuit in the US because old models cannot be upgraded to FSD function

A Washington state owner has won a refund from Tesla in a legal arbitration process after the company lost a U.S. court case over its failure to deliver on its early promise that all cars built after 2016 would be capable of full self-driving (FSD).
