Changan Group's restructuring plan is about to be realized

The restructuring plan of Changan Group is under preparation and is expected to be implemented in August. The plan is prepared by the leaders of Changan Automobile and Chenzhi Group. Previously, Changan Automobile's parent company, China North Industries Group Corporation, had received a notice from the State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission, and with the approval of the State Council, China North Industries Group Corporation was separated.
