Under the leadership of Zhu Huarong, Changan Automobile established a global R&D system covering six countries and ten locations, including China, Italy, Japan, the United States, and the United Kingdom. This model was defined as the "Changan Model" by the Development Research Center of the State Council, creating a technological path of "self-reliance and independent innovation".
