Intel plans to sell Mobileye shares

Intel plans to sell $900 million worth of Mobileye shares, including 45 million shares at about $19 per share. Goldman Sachs and Bank of America, as underwriters, have the right to sell an additional 6.5 million shares. Mobileye will repurchase $100 million of its shares, bringing Intel's total proceeds to $1 billion. After the sale, Intel's stake in the company fell below 80%.
