National passenger car market retail data for June 2025 released

In June 2025, the national passenger car market retail sales reached 2.084 million units, a year-on-year increase of 18.1% and a month-on-month increase of 7.6%. Among them, the retail sales of new energy vehicles were 1.111 million units, a year-on-year increase of 19.7% and a month-on-month increase of 8.2%, and the penetration rate of new energy vehicles reached 53%.
