Chongqing Zongshen Vehicles apologizes for trademark infringement

Chongqing Zongshen Vehicles released the "Zongshen Zhike S1" and two planned three-wheeled vehicles, "Wenjie Q1" and "Zhijie S300", at the 2025 mid-year new product launch conference. However, these names are the same as Huawei Hongmeng Zhixing's cooperative brand "Wenjie" and Seres' cooperative brand "Zhijie", which sparked heated discussions among netizens. Subsequently, Zongshen Smart Travel issued an apology statement, admitting that it had allegedly infringed the trademark rights of "Wenjie", "Zhijie" and "Shangjie", and stated that it had immediately rectified the naming of related products, removed and stopped disseminating all related controversial content.
